PIPELINE
Limerick has a proprietary pipeline of novel small molecule product candidates focused on amplifying insulin sensitivity and reducing aberrant lipid accumulation in organs that regulate glucose metabolism. In preclinical and clinical studies, the Company’s product candidates have demonstrated activity in diverse disease states including diabetes, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and metabolic dysfunction induced by immunosuppresents in solid organ transplantation.
Our most advanced compounds are:
- being developed for use as monotherapy or in combination with currently approved products to reduce serum lipids and glucose. Efficacy in human and animal models has been shown.
- being developed as an adjunctive therapy with tacrolimus for transplant immunosuppression. Efficacy in human and animal models has been shown.
